Introducing Mandy Haque - Airline and Trade Relations Manager
Hello! Since starting my new role as Airline and Trade Relations Manager at Birmingham Airport in April, I have been busy getting up to speed with the industry latest. I am now in the process of getting out to see everyone on shop visits and trade incentives. However in the mean time, I am a dedicated resource to help support the Travel Trade so if you have any questions at all then please contact me.

Tours of the Airport
If anyone would like to see the new terminal facilities, launched in May, please email me and I will be pleased to give you a full tour.
One Terminal
We have now merged our two terminals to become one so if you haven't been to the airport in a while you are in for quite a change! We can now boast one of Europe's largest walk through duty free stores, a new champagne bar and a variety of high street fashion brands. As part of the one terminal development we aimed to create a more efficient, enjoyable customer journey through the airport, this is helped by our new state of the art enlarged security area and the introduction of 'Express Lane' our fast track security lane.
