Birmingham Airport offers a variety of facilities to assist passengers travelling through the airport. Our friendly staff including Customer Service Assistants and Great Volunteers are always on hand to help with any enquiries you may have within the terminal.
Birmingham Airport is dedicated to providing good customer service throughout your journey at the airport. Our free facilities include the Sky Zone, our family friendly interactive play area and free Wi-Fi throughout the airport terminal. We are always looking for ways to improve the journey through the airport and value customer feedback.
Birmingham Airport has a variety of lounges to suit every need. If you do not already have a lounge pass as part of your ticket, you can pre-book or pay a walk up charge to enter No.1 Traveller and Aspire by Servisair Lounges.
Birmingham Airport has three handling agent providers Servisair, Menzies and Swissport. The airlines employee the handling agents to provide airfield support, baggage handling and check in services.
Official onsite parking at Birmingham Airport is operated by NCP. The Airport offers a variety of car parking including Valet, Drop and Go, Short, Medium and Long Stay.
