Birmingham Airport offers a variety of facilities to assist passengers travelling through the airport. Passengers with reduced mobility should liaise in advance of arriving at the airport with our special assistance providers to ensure that they have the support they need at the Airport.
Birmingham Airport is dedicated to providing good customer service throughout your journey at the airport. New this Summer make sure the kids get to enjoy Sky Side and meet Zoom our Sky Cadet. Our Sky Side crew will be on hand throughout the Summer holidays to assist and entertain families travelling. Our Great Volunteers are here to help with any enquiries, please approach them in the terminal.
Birmingham Airport has a variety of lounges to suit every need. If you do not already have a lounge pass as part of your ticket, you can pre-book or pay a walk up charge to enter No.1 Traveller and Aspire by Servisair Lounges.
Birmingham Airport has three handling agent providers Servisair, Menzies and Swissport. The airlines employee the handling agents to provide airfield support, baggage handling and check in services.
Official onsite parking at Birmingham Airport is operated by NCP. The Airport offers a variety of car parking including Valet, Drop and Go, Short, Medium and Long Stay.
