Items of lost property found on the airport site or within the terminal building are held by our partner OCS. These are held free of charge for the first 24 hours. Then charges are as follows:
£5.00 per item per month or
£20.00 per high value item such as mobile phones/laptops per month.
The lost property office is located on the first floor, adjacent to Boots and can be contacted directly on 0121 767 7987 or by email bhx.lostproperty@ocs.co.uk. Open 7 days a week, 0700 to 1900 hours. Phone located next to office for any out of hours enquiries.
OCS also offer a Left Luggage facility at the same location. Charges for this are £7.50 per bag per 24 hours.
