Airport Surface Access Strategy 2015
Excellent connectivity for all modes of transport is essential if the airport is to continue to grow sustainably, reduce carbon output, and minimise the impact on the surrounding road network. In 2015 we produced an ‘Airport Surface Access Strategy’ (ASAS).
This set out at a strategic level how the airport would improve and encourage all the different ways that passengers, staff and goods get to and from the airport between 2015 and 2020, with a particular emphasis on sustainable transport.
We are currently consulting on the latest version of our Airport Surface Access Strategy.
