You can search for your item in real-time at www.airport-lostproperty.com.
If found, you will be required to provide identification in the form of a Passport or Photo-card driving license to collect the item(s).
Lost property for all airlines except United, PIA and Turkish Airlines. For lost property on these flights please contact the airline directly.
Shipping of identified items to their owners can be arranged subject to a retrieval charge plus any applicable shipping costs.

Same day dry cleaning is offered for items dropped off before 11.30 for collection at 17.00. Simply drop off your items at the Luggage Point store.
Avoid excess baggage or cargo charges by speaking to Luggage Point about the international shipping service.
This is a great service for passengers who want to protect and secure their luggage from potential damage, bad weather conditions, and general wear and tear whilst travelling.
Prices for a standard suitcase start from £10. For larger items like pushchairs, skis and golf clubs, prices start from £15.
Bubble wrapping services are also available.
Check the weight of your luggage before you check-in. The red and white weighing kiosks are located in the North Terminal Check-in area. Simply enter your flight details into the weighing kiosk and the machine will weigh your luggage and advise of your allowance.
If you need to leave any bags, packages or suitcases at the Airport, Luggage Point offers a safe secure storage area for up to 3 months. All passengers leaving an item will be given a receipt for collection.
