Hotels Ibis & Ibis Budget, Birmingham Airport - Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

- Experience in a supervisory role in an F&B or other hotel operations team.
- Proven leadership skills and able to demonstrate effective influencing skills.
- High standards and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
- Good working knowledge of food and beverages

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Ensure compliance of brand standards and where possible exceeding brand expectations
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Assist with recruiting, develop, manage, and train the F&B team
-Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food Costs, Liquor Costs and Payroll
- Support with F&B control procedures and stocktaking
- Maximise sales and revenue opportunities
