Novotel Hotel, Birmingham Airport - Human Resources Administrator

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

You will undertake a multi-faceted role that encompasses the co-ordination of Talent and Culture, Training and payroll duties at three Birmingham Airport Hotels. Previous experience in hospitality and administration is desirable.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Ensure the smooth and efficient co-ordination of the Talent and Culture, Training and Payroll activities of the hotel supporting the Heads of Department and aim to continually improve the employees work environment and satisfaction. The role reports directly to two Operations Managers.

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:

The role is a permanent position, full time that requires mostly Monday to Friday office hours. Salary £10.66 per hour.
