Jet2.com and Jet2holidays celebrate first flight to Jersey from Birmingham Airport
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will wave off its first ever customers from Birmingham Airport to the island of Jersey, when their inaugural flight takes off from the base on Saturday 26th June.
The flight marks the start of the leading leisure airline and tour operator operating weekly Saturday services to the largest of the Channel Islands for Summer 21 until 25th September from Birmingham Airport. The frequency of flights will increase to two per week for Summer 22.
It comes after the companies significantly expanded their flights and holidays programme to Jersey for this summer in response to demand from customers, seeing the addition of a brand-new route to Jersey from Birmingham Airport for Summer 21.
As well as offering holidaymakers in the Midlands plenty of choice and flexibility when it comes to visiting Jersey this summer, customers can enjoy ATOL protected package holidays through Jet2holidays with a range of 3-5 star accommodation available in Grouville, St Helier, St Brelade’s Bay, St Peter and St Aubin.

We have seen strong demand from customers who are looking to enjoy a holiday on this stunning island, and we expect this level of interest to continue with sales continuing to perform well. We look forward to taking more customers on holiday to Jersey and other destinations this summer and getting back to doing what we do best – taking customers away on our award-winning flights and Real Package Holidays.”
