There is a dedicated shuttle service that runs from the airport to Funchal and other locations, The journey typically takes around 20-40 minutes, depending on traffic and stops. It’s a cost-effective option with regular departures.

Local buses also connect the airport to Funchal and nearby towns. Taxis and car rental are readily available outside the terminal too.
