In Spring 2025, we are introducing a barrierless drop off system at the following car parks, Premium Set Down, Drop Off car park and Freeport car park.
These changes are now live at our Freeport car park and will be rolled out at our Drop Off car park on Tuesday 18th March 2025 and at our Premium Set Down car park on Thursday 20th March 2025.
The charge for your stay at these car parks must be paid within 24 hours of exit from the car park. The simplest way to ensure timely payment, to avoid a Parking Charge Notice (PCN), is by registering for an NCP AutoPay account before your visit. Alternatively you can choose to pay after your stay using Post Pay.
Register your vehicle details and payment method ahead of your parking stay, and payment will be automatically deducted after each visit.

Choose this option if you do not have an AutoPay account with NCP and have already used our barrierless car parks. Payment must be made via Post Pay within 24 hours of exit from the car park.

Frequently asked questions
AutoPay works by using ANPR cameras at entry and exit to record vehicle registration numbers. This means our system knows how long you stayed with us and can calculate the according price for your drop off. You're then charged automatically with payment taken on or after you drive out of the car park.
To pay using AutoPay you must have completed registration before arriving at the barrier less car park and have added the vehicle you are using to your account. You then drive in and out of the car parks as needed, and your payment will automatically be charged the appropriate rate when you exit the car park.
Your receipt will be sent to you via the email address you have provided upon registration.
You can check your drop off history in the transaction history menu option, every AutoPay session will appear there after you have driven out of the car park. You will also receive a payment confirmation email.
You can pay by credit/ debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX) as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
