Premium Pre-Booked is a designated pre-booked only area located within Premium Set Down. These Pre-Booked only bays are located near the Premium Set Down exit, marked with distinctive blue bay lines and prominent signage. The site is staffed 24/7 by a dedicated team member stationed at the NCP Customer Service Cabin within the Premium Set Down area. The site has no height restrictions. Parking bays are 2.9m wide and 4.82m long, so are suitable for most average size vehicles.

Exit the M42 at junction 6 and join the A45, and just follow the signs to the airport. On arrival at the airport follow the signs to the Premium Set Down car park.
Drive into the Premium Set Down car park, then turn right at the NCP Customer Service Cabin. Follow signs for the exits to find the Premium Pre-Booked bays near the exit, marked with BLUE lines and clear signage.
Using Premium Pre-Booked
When you arrive at Premium Set Down, there is no need to press for a ticket. Our ANPR cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct registration number at the point of booking. When you pre-book, we will email you with detailed instructions on the arrivals procedure.

Once you’ve parked, you’re free to get to the check-in desks and start your holiday, knowing that your vehicle is being looked after by our professional parking team.

Frequently Asked Questions
Once you are back at the car park, drive to the exit where the barrier will raise automatically to allow exit.
If the barrier does not raise, it may be that you have overstayed or parked in the incorrect car park. Any overstay will be charged at the tariff displayed above.
You can pay any additional charges at the exit lane by card. Please make sure you choose the correct lane for payment and have your registration number ready to quote.

Premium Set Down has 4 bays adjacent to the Pre-Booked area set aside for disabled drivers. If you’re a Blue Badge holder, you’ll need to display a permit or your blue badge while you’re on your break. To do this, you will need to go to the nearby Cabin to fill out a form and collect your permit. If you want to take the blue badge with you, then please make sure you display the permit in the window, which is effectively a temporary blue badge.
Please remember to bring all the details from your confirmation email, including the reference number, as this allows us to process your permit more quickly
