Upon arrival to the airport, if you require assistance getting to the terminal building, please use our Assisted Travel Help Points where our Assisted Travel Team can meet you at your point of arrival - please see below for our Assisted Travel Help Point locations:

Once you're at a Help Point, please press the button on the intercom system which will connect you directly to our Assisted Travel Host team based on the ground floor of the terminal in the Assisted Travel Reception Area.

We can provide assistance from any of the locations above.

If you are staying at one of the on-site hotels, then please inform the hotel staff to contact us directly on 0121 767 7878 and we can arrange for you to be collected from your hotel.

Please be advised that if you wish to be collected from one of the Help Point locations there is a maximum wait time of 30 minutes.

If you do not require assistance at this point, please go to the Assisted Travel Reception Area located in the concourse area between Costa and SPAR on the ground floor of the terminal building. If you require assistance with check-in, please visit our Assisted Travel Reception Area first where a member of the Assisted Travel team will be able to assist with this.

For passengers with hidden disabilities who would like to independently travel through the airport and require/ be wearing a Sunflower Lanyard for access to the Assisted Travel lane through security, please ensure you visit the Assisted Travel Reception Area to check-in with the Assisted Travel team where you will be issued with a tag for access to the Assisted Travel lane. To ensure there is enough time for you to complete all the necessary airline and security checks and have a pleasant boarding experience, we strongly recommend all passengers requiring assistance to arrive at the airport no later than 3 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Failure to allow adequate time for airport and assistance processes may result in disruption to your journey.

Please note - we cannot be held liable for missed flights if you have not pre-booked assistance and provided us with less than 3 hours to assist you on the day of your travel.
