Book Parking
This is a multi-storey car park for short-term parking only and cannot be pre-booked in advance. The Freeport Car Park is open 24 hours a day, and is operated using Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology. Upon arrival, cameras at the entrance of the car park will read your registration number and you will require your registration number to pay for your stay.
Please note there are no airport transfers from this car park and therefore is not recommended for passengers who are travelling from Birmingham Airport. If you are travelling from the airport, please consider all other Birmingham Airport official car parks, which can be found here.
The maximum height limit for the Freeport car park is 1.90m.

From the M42
Follow the M42 to Junction 6. From Junction 6 follow the A45 to Birmingham. When you see the control tower on the right, move to the right-hand lane to turn right on the crossroad into Terminal Road. Then continue down Terminal Road until you reach a roundabout, take the third exit and the entrance to this car park will be on the left.
From the A4545
Head north on the A4545. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A45 slip road and merge onto the Coventry Road (A45). When you see the control tower on the right, move to the right-hand lane to turn right on the crossroad into Terminal Road. Then continue down Terminal Road until you reach a roundabout, take the third exit and the entrance to this car park will be on the left.
From the Coventry Road (A45)
Head east on the Coventry Road (A45) and follow the signs for Birmingham Airport. When you see the control tower on the left, look for signs directing you to “Air Cargo Centre” and take the appropriate exit into Terminal Road. Continue down Terminal Road until you reach a roundabout, take the third exit and the entrance to this car park will be on the left.
Ways to pay for your stay in the Freeport car park
The charge for your stay at this car park must be paid within 24 hours of exit from the car park. The easiest way to ensure that you have done this, is to register for an AutoPay account with NCP before visiting the car park. However, we understand that this isn’t always possible, therefore we have introduced a number of ways you can pay for the charge to avoid being issued a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
