Using Car Park 5
When you arrive at Car Park 5, there is no need to press for a ticket. Our ANPR cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.
If you are planning to book in advance, please ensure you provide us with the correct registration number at the point of booking. If you have made a booking, we will email you with detailed instructions on the arrivals procedure.
Should you require any help, please press the assistance button which is located on the entrance column and a member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Car Park 5 has 30 bays set aside for disabled drivers, which you’ll find on the first lane on the right, as you enter. If you have a blue badge then you will need to display it clearly in your windscreen for the duration of your stay.
If you prefer to take your blue badge with you then please go to the on-site cabin, where you will be asked to fill in a form. You will then be issued with a temporary blue badge permit, which should be clearly visible in your front windscreen. Once you’ve got your permit, you’ll be directed to your space.
