Using Car Park 5
When you arrive at Car Park 5, press for a ticket to gain entry, before parking your car in any available bay. If you’ve pre-booked with us, our clever number plate recognition system will automatically give you a ticket, so you don’t even have to push a button! Pre-booking also allows you to purchase some optional extras, including access to pre-flight lounges and express-lane security, so you can sail past the queues.
Leaving the car park:
Once you’ve got back from your break and are off the aircraft, leave the terminal building, use the shuttle bus to get back to the car park and go straight to your car. If you’ve pre-booked, you can drive straight to the barrier, insert your ticket, and finish your journey home.
If you haven’t pre-booked then you’ll need to go to one of our Pay Stations, where we can work out how much your parking has cost. Don’t worry if you’ve returned home with a pocketful of pesos or another foreign currency: you can pay with your credit or debit card at one of the 2 payment machines and get your ticket ready for exit, making it even quicker to get back on the road. Alternatively, you can pay at the exit barrier.

Car Park 5 has 30 bays set aside for disabled drivers, which you’ll find on the first lane on the right, as you enter. If you have a blue badge then you will need to display it clearly in your windscreen for the duration of your stay. If you prefer to take your blue badge with you then please go to the on-site cabin, where you will be asked to fill in a form. You will then be issued with a temporary blue badge permit, which should be clearly visible in your front windscreen. Once you’ve got your permit, you’ll be directed to your space.
