Where is our Valet Parking?

Leave the M42 at junction 6 and proceed along the A45 following the signs to the airport. On arrival at the airport follow the signs for Valet Parking.

Arriving at Birmingham Airport Valet Parking

Our Valet Parking car park is located next to Car Park 3, just a short walk from the main airport terminal. A sign for Valet Parking, at the entrance of the Valet Car Park, sits under the Air Rail Link running from the train station to the airport.

When you arrive at Valet, there is no need to press for a ticket. Our ANPR cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.

It is important that you provide us with the correct registration number at the point of booking, otherwise our cameras won’t be able to recognise your vehicle. Once you have made a booking, we will email you with detailed instructions on the arrivals procedure.

For assistance, please speak to a member of staff or press the assistance button and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. The assistance button is located on the entrance column.

Park up in the Valet car park and walk into the Valet reception, which is adjacent to the exit. A member of staff will complete some checks before taking your vehicle keys and parking your vehicle for you.

Once you’ve completed the checks and handed over your keys, you’re free to get to the check-in desks and begin your journey, safe in the knowledge that your vehicle is safe and secure.

Leaving the car park:

Once you are back at the airport make your way to the Valet car park reception, where our friendly staff will assist you to your vehicle.

Drive to the exit where the barrier will raise automatically. If the barrier does not raise, please speak to a member of staff on-site, or press the assistance button where our staff will be happy to help you.

Are there any disabled bays?

Yes, we have space for disabled customers so you can get the benefits of Valet Parking at Birmingham Airport too. The car park has three bays specifically set aside for disabled drivers, which you’ll find next to the Valet Parking cabin.
