What is Valet Parking?

With our Meet & Greet Valet Parking service, your car will be taken away by a chauffeur and parked in a fully secured car park the entire time you’re away. When you return, we will have your vehicle ready and waiting, so you can get home in record time.

Our Meet & Greet service is very convenient and is a great choice if you’re on a tight budget or have a lot of luggage.

Where is our Valet Parking?

Leave the M42 at junction 6 and proceed along the A45 following the signs to the airport. On arrival at the airport follow the signs for Valet Parking.

Arriving at Birmingham Airport Valet Parking

Our Valet Parking car park is located next to Car Park 3, just a short walk from the main airport terminal.

Once you’ve arrived at the entry barrier, press for a ticket to gain entry, park your vehicle, and then go to the Valet Parking cabin, located in the Valet Parking Car Park, where a member of staff will meet you and check your vehicle in.

There, you’ll need to hand over your car keys and complete some quick checks with the on-duty staff. These checks are to record the condition of your car and ensure that it’s returned to you in exactly the same state as when you left it.

Once you’ve completed the checks and handed over your keys, you’re free to get to the check-in desks and begin your journey, safe in the knowledge that your vehicle is safe and secure.

Leaving the car park:

Once you’ve got back from your break and are off the aircraft, call us on 0121 781 6680 and we’ll ensure that your vehicle is ready and waiting for you. If there are any problems that might delay you collecting your vehicle, let us know and we’ll schedule your pick-up accordingly.

When you leave the terminal building, return to the Valet Parking cabin and we’ll hand your keys back to you, along with your vehicle – exactly as you left it. We’ll also provide you with a ticket to use at the exit barrier.

Are there any disabled bays?

Yes, we have space for disabled customers so you can get the benefits of Valet Parking at Birmingham Airport too. The car park has three bays specifically set aside for disabled drivers, which you’ll find next to the Valet Parking cabin.
