Met Weather Warning - 23/06/2026
The UK Met Office has issued a heat health alert with temperatures expecting to hit mid-30 degrees in parts of the UK this week. All customers are advised that liquids up to 2L can be taken through security search, if bringing your own bottles please ensure double walled bottles are emptied prior to search.
Water fountains, for refill, are available once through security and all catering outlets will fill up bottles, with tap water, for free,
There are a number of water fountains located throughout the airport, see below for the locations. Alternatively you can request tap water at any food/catering outlets.
