BHX 12 Days of Christmas giveaway - Terms and conditions

  1. The 12 days of Christmas promotion is live from 13/12/2024 – 24/12/2024. Entries must be made on the day stated, entries close at 23.59am each day, the winner will be contacted the following day via the official Birmingham Airport Facebook account only.

  2. Prize is provided by Birmingham Airport (the “Prize Provider”). Prizes are subject to availability and Birmingham Airport Ltd reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.

  4. For one valid entry into the competition, the entrant is required to complete the requirements set out on the giveaway post on the official Birmingham Airport Facebook channel (@birminghamairport).

  5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Additional entries from the same person will be disqualified and where skill or judgement has been exercised, the first entry received will be accepted. Automated entries, bulk entries or third-party entries will not be accepted.

  6. Entries submitted after each deadline will not count. The winner(s) will be contacted within 72 hours via the official Birmingham Airport Facebook account only. If the winner does not accept the prize within 24 hours, Birmingham Airport Ltd reserve the right to select a new winner.

  7. By entering the competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  8. Birmingham Airport Ltd reserve the right to cancel or amend any competition, prize draw or giveaway and these terms and conditions, without notice.

  9. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

  10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the partners in this promotion accept no liability for any loss, damage by, or to, the prize winner. They enter at their own risk.

  11. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all correct and valid entries. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prize.

  12. Winners must be following @birminghamairport on Facebook.

  13. The entrant can enter the competition if you are a UK resident (including the Channel Islands), aged 18+. Employees of Birmingham Airport and their families or any agencies or persons connected with the promotion or prize providers are not eligible to enter.

  14. No purchase necessary.

  15. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry.

easyJet prize: Terms & Conditions:

  1. The offer is 2 return standard easyJet flights from Birmingham to Gibraltar (direct flights), subject to availability and as further described below (Flights), together with 3 nights superior room and breakfast, at the Sunborn Gibraltar.

  2. The Winner/s and their travel companion/s are entitled to one (1) piece of standard hold baggage per person each way for the Flights and one (1) piece of hand baggage may be taken on board the Flights per person each way. Hold baggage and hand baggage weight, size and security requirements can be found on the easyJet website: http://www.easyjet.com/en/help/preparing-to-fly/baggage.

  3. The Flights must be booked within 6 months of the prize notification date, and may be booked up to one year in advance.

  4. The Flights may be used 4 weeks after the prize notification date at the earliest, and no later than 31st Dec 25.

  5. The Flights cannot be used on UK Bank Holidays.

  6. If a Winner cancels one or both of the Flights, no alternative or further Flights will be provided.

  7. The Winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same Flights.

  8. Each Entrant acknowledges that any costs not explicitly referred to in these terms and conditions as being part of the Flights shall be borne by the Winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the Flights exclude travel insurance, spending money, accommodation, and transfers to and from the airport.

  9. The Winner will be responsible for ensuring that they, and their travel companion, are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the Flights.

  10. The booking and use of the Flights is subject to easyJet’s standard terms and conditions available at: https://www.easyjet.com/en/terms-and-conditions.

  11. The Flights are provided by easyJet Airline Company Limited, Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire LU2 9PF.

  12. easyJet excludes all liability in relation to the operation and administration of the competition.
