Aberdeen Airport is seven miles north west of Aberdeen city centre and has one terminal. There are lots of options for onwards travel from the airport, so getting to where you want to go is easy.

Regular buses pass by the airport terminal and they take about 30 minutes to reach the city centre. There are lots of routes to choose from so wherever you’re headed, you should find a bus to take you there. Be aware that in the evening and at the weekends, services don’t run as regularly. You can also travel by train, if you prefer. The closest train station to the airport is Dyce, offering services into Aberdeen city centre and surrounding areas. The station is located two miles from the terminal and can be reached by either bus or taxi.

What to expect in Aberdeen

Known throughout Scotland as the Granite City, Aberdeen’s streets are lined with silvery-grey granite buildings that glint in the sunshine. Culture in Aberdeen

Getting to Birmingham Airport is easy whatever mode of transport you use. Taxis can drop you right outside the terminal and, if you prefer to take public transport, you will find bus services running directly to the airport or to Birmingham International train station. There is a free Air-Rail link from the train station that takes you to the terminal in minutes.
