Arriving to Plovdiv Airport (PDV)

Plovdiv Airport is located about 12 km southeast of the city centre. Upon arrival, you’ll find essential services such as currency exchange, a small selection of cafés, and car rental agencies, providing a smooth entry into Bulgaria. Taxis are available outside the terminal; the journey to central Plovdiv takes around 20 minutes.

Though taxi might be recommended for convenience, there is also a budget-friendly bus service that connects the airport to the city centre.
