Arriving at Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN)

Stockholm Arlanda Airport is the primary international gateway to Stockholm and Sweden and is located approximately 25 miles north of the city centre. ARN offers a wide range of facilities including restaurants and cafes, currency exchange services and tourist information desks.

• Arlanda Express Train, is probably the fastest and most convenient option. The high speed train connects you from ARN to Stockholm Central Station within 20 minutes. It is known for its reliability and offers comfortable seating.

• The Flygbussarna Airport Coaches is a more budget friendly option, which departs from the airport regularly from outside of the terminal and gets you to Stockholm City Terminal (Cityterminalen) near Central Station.

• You can also choose to go to the city via Taxi, which are readily available outside of the arrivals terminal. However be aware that taxi fares in Sweden can be relatively high.

• There are numerous car rental companies that operate from Stockholm Arlanda Airport, which is a great option for travellers who are planning to explore the surrounding regions. The rental car companies are located within the airports car rental area.
