easyJet launches first flights to Lapland from Birmingham Airport
easyJet flights took off yesterday from Birmingham Airport to Rovaniemi in Finland and are operating twice a week throughout the festive season

easyJet has celebrated the launch of its first flights from the Midlands to Finland in time for Christmas.
The ‘Santa service’ from Birmingham Airport to Rovaniemi in Finland, provides travellers in the Midlands with a convenient connection to Lapland.
Flights took off yesterday and are now operating two days a week on Wednesdays and Sundays throughout the festive season
As the official home of Santa Claus, snow covered Rovaniemi offers the ultimate festive experience for kids of all ages. This exciting new service comes after easyJet launched flights earlier this month to a fantastic five; Marrakesh, Reykjavik, Hurghada, Prague and Krakow.
