easyJet will fly from Birmingham Airport to Gran Canaria and Malta in 2025, as part of a bumper package of 20 new routes from UK airports for next summer.
The airline currently flies from Birmingham to Fuerteventura and Tenerife, and the new service to Gran Canaria next summer will provide even more choice for customers planning their next holiday in the Canaries, which offers year-round sun, beautiful beaches and dramatic volcanic landscapes.
The Gran Canaria service starts on 2 May 2025, in time for the May bank holidays, and will operate on Mondays and Fridays, making it perfect for a long weekend getaway.
And from 3 June 2025, easyJet’s new flights from Birmingham to the Mediterranean island of Malta will start operating twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The introduction of these two great new routes shows the continuing strong demand from easyJet customers in the Midlands, with the airline offering even greater choice and more convenient connections to popular destinations.
