In response to strong demand for Christmas Market getaways, the leading leisure airline and UK’s leading operator of European city breaks have launched their largest Christmas Markets programme to date from Birmingham Airport, with scheduled services and trips on sale to six Christmas Market destinations - Budapest, Prague, Cologne, Gdansk, Vienna and Krakow.
Sprinkling plenty of festive cheer into their Winter 25/26 programme, Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks have put additional services on sale to Budapest and Prague throughout all of Winter 25/26, as an increasing number of holidaymakers look to get into the festive spirit.
In addition, the companies have brought back their popular series of trips to Cologne and Gdansk, and scheduled services to Krakow and Vienna return next year too. This means that customers have never had so much choice when it comes to visiting a Christmas Market with Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks next winter.
The launch of the new programme today provides customers and independent travel agents in the Midlands the opportunity to book ahead and give themselves a real treat, by visiting some of the most dazzling of Christmas Market destinations in Europe.
The full Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks Christmas Markets programme from Birmingham Airport for Winter 25/26 is as follows:
Mini-series of flights and breaks to Cologne with up to four weekly services (Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday) operating between 28th November 2025 and 2nd January 2026.
Mini-series of flights and breaks also to Gdansk with weekly Monday and Friday services operating from 28th November to 22nd December 2025.
Additional services to Budapest and Prague mean up to five weekly services (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday) operating to these destinations during the winter.
Two weekly flights (Monday and Friday) to Krakow and Vienna.
The programme means customers and independent travel agents have complete flexibility when it comes to visiting the most charming Christmas markets in Europe. With multiple weekly services on sale and friendly flight times, holidaymakers can choose a duration and departure date to suit their budgets and needs, whether that is a weekend trip, a long weekend or even longer.
