Iberia Group to Launch Birmingham-Madrid Route

Birmingham Airport today (14 Sept) welcomed the arrival of its newest airline, Wizz Air. The largest low cost carrier in Central and Eastern Europe made its inaugural flight into Birmingham from Warsaw, arriving at 0930 with 147 passengers on board. The Hungarian airline will also serve Birmingham to Budapest from Tuesday 15th September.

For a limited time only, the smallest sculptures in the world by internationally renowned micro sculptor, Willard Wigan MBE, are being housed within the landside All Bar One Bar and Restaurant at Birmingham Airport.
